Having spent the better part of my life shifting between English- and French-speaking Canada, I've been immersed in translation for as long as I can remember. Throw in my love of reading, my keen interest in grammar and my boundless curiosity that belies a love of research, and it's easy to see how I ended up working in language. With a degree in journalism and a background in communications, I'm particularly adept at tailoring content to reflect a brand's image and achieve targeted objectives. Now a translator and proofreader since 2019, my rigor, flexibility and diligence are what set me apart. My translations are faithful to the source texts as much in meaning, tone and level of language as in content. Having had the opportunity to work with small and large businesses across a variety of industries (including food, fashion and beauty, construction and manufacturing, nonprofit), I know how to do my research to find the right word and follow standardized terminology.
